Studio Portal/Class Reg Terminology

Enrollio’s new class enrollment platform includes the following:

1. Studio Portal – This is the studio-facing side of the class registration system. It allows staff to manage classes, track attendance, handle enrollments, and more.

2. Parent Portal – This is the parent-facing interface where families can sign up for classes, update billing information, add students, and view past billing history. Note: Parents cannot drop or transfer classes on their own—these actions must go through the studio directly.

3. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – This is Enrollio’s original system, designed to help studios manage leads and contacts, automate communication, streamline trial class bookings, and more.
