Welcome, Dance Studio Owners! Enrollio introduces Activity Cards, a feature that centralizes your studio updates in one place, giving you real-time insights without switching screens. Activity Cards keep you informed about registrations, appointments, billing, and other essential activities.

Overview of Activity Cards:

• New Student Registrations

  • Activity Cards appear whenever a new student inquiry or registration is created, updated, or removed.

  •  Click "View Registration" to access the student’s details and make changes directly from the conversation panel.

• Class Appointments
  • When a dance class, rehearsal, or private session is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, an Activity Card will notify you. 
  • Clicking "View Appointment" lets you review or edit class details without leaving your current view.

• Do Not Disturb (DND) Preferences
  • Activity Cards alert you whenever a parent or student opts into or out of “Do Not Disturb” preferences.

• Tuition Invoices
  • When tuition or class fee invoices are sent or payments are received, Activity Cards notify you. 
  • Click "View Invoice" to see the full details in a new tab.
