How To Install Chat Widgets

Setting up your chat widget takes just a few minutes. Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to Chat Widgets

Go to Sites > Chat Widget

Step 2: Create New Widget

Click the New button to start creating your chat widget.

Step 3: Select Chat Type

Choose the type of chat widget you want to add to your enrollment site. Options include All-In-One Chat, SMS/Email Chat, Live Chat, Facebook Chat, Instagram Chat, WhatsApp Chat, and Voice AI.

Step 4: Customize the Widget

Once you select your chat type, you'll have 3-4 pages to customize before deploying (4 if your chat type supports AI):

Style

Select your theme, icons, and welcome messages. You can also choose your avatar and where the chat widget appears on your page. Configure different sizes to match your site design.

Chat Window

Customize the title, intro message, and contact form fields. Add your center's branding and include any required compliance checkboxes (like privacy policy agreements).

Once your chat widget is configured, you have two installation options:

Option 1: Copy the code and add it to your existing website using Google Tag Manager or directly in your site's code.

Option 2: If you're using an Enrollio enrollment page, website, or blog, simply select your chat widget from the dropdown—it will be added automatically.
