Text Message Templates - Overview

Save time by creating reusable text message templates for the messages you send most often. Whether you're confirming tours, following up with prospective families, or sending reminders, templates help you stay consistent and move faster.

Where to Find Your Templates

You can access and manage your text message templates from two places in Enrollio:

From Conversations

1. Click Conversations in your main navigation
2. Click Templates
3. Create, edit, or delete your text message templates

From Marketing

1. Click Marketing in your main navigation
2. Click Templates
3. Here you can manage both email and text message templates in one place

Where You Can Use Templates

Once you've created your text message templates, you can use them throughout Enrollio:

• Conversations — Quickly insert templates when texting families
• Triggers — Automatically send templates when specific events happen
• Campaigns — Send bulk text messages to multiple families
• Automations — Build multi-step communication flows
