Conversations - Activity Cards

Activity Cards bring the most important updates right to your conversation panel. Instead of jumping between screens to check enrollment opportunities, tour appointments, or invoices, you'll see real-time notifications where you're already working — in your conversations with families.

These cards let you respond, edit, and manage key activities without leaving the conversation. The result? You stay in the flow and get more done, faster.

Table of Contents

  1. Enrollment Opportunities
  2. Tour Appointments
  3. Do Not Disturb (DND)
  4. Invoices

1. Enrollment Opportunities

Every time an enrollment opportunity is created, updated, or deleted, an activity card appears in your conversation panel. This keeps you in the loop on prospective families from the moment they express interest.

Click "View Opportunity" on the card to make changes or update details — no need to navigate away from your conversation.

Pro tip: Activity cards appear instantly, so you can respond to hot leads while the conversation is still fresh.

2. Tour Appointments

Whenever a tour appointment is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, you'll see an activity card in the conversation panel. This keeps you updated on your tour calendar without switching screens.

Click "View Appointment" to edit appointment details, update notes, or confirm the time — all while staying in your conversation.

3. Do Not Disturb (DND)

Activity cards notify you the moment a parent is marked as "Do Not Disturb" or is removed from the DND list. These cards give you clarity on communication preferences so you never accidentally message someone who's opted out.

DND Attribution in Activity Cards

Enrollio shows you exactly who triggered a DND status change:

  • Automation: An automation enabled or disabled DND
  • User: A team member enabled or disabled DND
  • Parent/Family: The parent themselves enabled or disabled DND

The card will specify whether DND applies to a particular channel (like text messages or email) or all channels. This works automatically — no setup required.

4. Invoices

When an invoice is sent to a family or a payment is received, an activity card appears in your conversation. This keeps billing activity visible alongside your communication with that family.

Click "View Invoice" to open the full invoice details in a new tab, where you can review payment status, send reminders, or make adjustments.

Pro tip: Use invoice activity cards to quickly follow up on outstanding balances without leaving your conversation with the family.
