Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account to manage parent conversations directly from Enrollio. This guide walks you through the setup and troubleshooting steps for both platforms.
Facebook Page Messaging Setup
Follow these three steps to enable Facebook messaging in Enrollio:
Step 1: Grant Enrollio Access to Your Facebook Page
- Go to your Facebook Business Tools settings
- Find Enrollio in your connected apps list
- Verify that Enrollio has permission to send messages and access messages for your page

Step 2: Verify Your Page Access
- Open your Meta Business Suite settings
- Confirm your account has full access to the Facebook Page
- Check that message access is enabled for your account

Step 3: Enable Facebook Messenger in Enrollio
- In Enrollio, click Settings in the left navigation
- Go to Integrations
- Find the Facebook card and click Settings
- Toggle on Facebook Messenger

Instagram Messaging Setup
Instagram messaging requires a few additional verification steps. Here's what to check:
Step 1: Grant Enrollio Access to Instagram
- Go to your Facebook Business Tools settings
- Find Enrollio in your connected apps
- Verify Enrollio has permission to send messages and access messages for Instagram
Step 2: Verify Instagram Account Permissions
- Open your Meta Business Suite settings
- Navigate to Instagram Accounts
- Confirm you have permission to send and receive messages on your Instagram Business Account

Step 3: Check Connected Assets
- Still in Meta Business Suite settings, go to your Facebook Page settings
- Find Connected Assets
- Verify your Instagram Business Account appears in the connected assets list
Pro tip: If your Instagram account isn't showing up, you may need to reconnect it to your Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite first.
Step 4: Enable Instagram Messaging in Enrollio
- In Enrollio, go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Settings on the Facebook card
- Toggle on Instagram Messaging

Troubleshooting Tips
Messages not appearing in Enrollio?
- Verify all permissions are granted in both Facebook and Meta Business Suite
- Check that your Instagram account is a Business Account (not Creator or Personal)
- Make sure the Facebook Page and Instagram account are properly linked in Meta Business Suite
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration in Enrollio
Can't find Enrollio in your Facebook Business Tools? You may need to reconnect your Facebook Page in Enrollio first. Go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook and click "Connect Page."
Once setup is complete, all Facebook and Instagram messages from parents will appear in your Enrollio conversations inbox, making it easy to manage inquiries from one central location.
