The Manual Actions page in Enrollio helps you stay on top of call and text tasks generated by your automations, campaigns, or power dialer. With a clean, fast interface and shareable filters, you can easily collaborate with your team to follow up with prospective families.
What is the Manual Actions Page?
Manual Actions is your task queue for completing calls or text messages that your automations create. When an automation includes a manual call or text step, it appears here for you or your team to complete.
The page shows all pending tasks in one place, making it easy to work through parent follow-ups, tour reminders, and enrollment check-ins.
Key Benefits
- Faster loading — even with hundreds of tasks, the page loads quickly so you can start calling right away
- Clear two-column layout — see parent details and task info side-by-side without switching screens
- Shareable filters — your filter settings save in the URL, so you can share exactly what you're seeing with teammates
- Keyboard shortcuts — press Enter to jump to the next task and move through your queue faster
- Consistent design — matches the rest of Enrollio for a familiar, unified experience

Understanding the Layout
The page uses a clean two-column design:
- Left sidebar — collapsible filter panel to narrow down your queue
- Right table — shows parent name, phone number, task type (call or text), and date added at a glance
All colors, fonts, and icons match Enrollio's design language, so everything feels consistent across the platform.

Using Filters to Organize Your Queue
Filters help you focus on the most important tasks first and keep your follow-ups organized.
Available Filters
You can filter by:
- Automation source — which automation created the task
- Task type — Call or Text
- Status — Yet to Call, Completed, or Skipped
- Assigned user — tasks assigned to specific team members
- Date range — when tasks were added

Persistent URL Filters
When you apply filters, they're automatically saved in your browser's URL. If you bookmark or share that link, anyone who opens it will see the exact same filtered view.
This makes it easy for managers to share specific queues with team members — like "all tour follow-up calls from this week" or "text tasks assigned to front desk staff."
Sharing Task Queues with Your Team
Since your filter settings are stored in the URL, sharing is simple:
- Apply the filters you want your teammate to see
- Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
- Send it via text, email, or chat
When they open the link, they'll see the exact same filtered queue you're looking at — no need to explain which filters to apply.
Managing Tasks
Task Statuses
Each task can be in one of three statuses:
- Yet to Call — pending tasks waiting to be completed
- Completed — tasks you've finished and logged
- Skipped — tasks you've chosen to skip (they won't appear in your active queue)
Bulk Actions
Need to reassign multiple tasks to another team member? Use bulk actions:
- Select tasks using the checkboxes on the left
- Click Bulk Actions at the top
- Choose Assign User and select who should receive the tasks

Quick Tips
Clear All Filters Quickly
Click Reset Filters in the sidebar to return to your full, unfiltered queue. You can also manually remove the filter parameters from the URL and reload the page.
Mobile Access
Manual Actions is available on both web and the Enrollio mobile app. Shared URLs with filters will open in your mobile browser if the app doesn't support the specific deep link.
Your Existing Tasks Are Safe
All your existing tasks, notes, and history remain exactly as they were. Only the interface has been updated — no data has changed.
