Connect Your Personal Email Inbox
Keeping track of parent conversations can be tricky when you're juggling multiple inboxes. We've made it easy to sync your Gmail or Outlook inbox directly into Enrollio. You'll see all your parent and family interactions in one unified place, so you'll never miss an important follow-up again.
Connect Gmail or Outlook
Ready to streamline your email management? Here's how to connect your inbox:
- Click Settings in your Enrollio navigation menu
- Go to My Profile
- Click on Email (2-way sync)
- Choose Gmail or Outlook, then click Connect
- Follow the prompts to accept permissions
It's safe and secure! Your email credentials are encrypted and protected.

Now that your inbox is connected, you can manage all your parent emails directly from Enrollio. Here's how to send an email:
- Navigate to Conversations
- Click Create New Message (the pencil icon)
- Select Direct Message
- Choose your parent or family contact and click Continue
- Your connected email address will automatically appear in the "From" field
Your emails seamlessly sync both ways—from Enrollio to your personal inbox and back again. Parents can reply to your Enrollio emails directly, and those responses appear in both your personal inbox and Enrollio.
