When a parent submits a form on your enrollment site, you can automatically send them a confirmation email — and notify your team at the same time. This keeps everyone in the loop without any manual work.
What This Feature Does
Once enabled, Enrollio can send two types of notifications:
- Auto-responder: An instant confirmation email to the parent who submitted the form
- Team notification: An alert to your staff when a new form comes in
Note: These same settings work for surveys too.
How to Set Up Email Notifications
Step 1: Open Your Form
Go to Sites → Forms and either create a new form or select an existing one from your list.
Step 2: Click the Notifications Icon
In the upper left corner of the form builder, click the bell icon.
Step 3: Choose Your Notification Type
You'll see two toggles:
- Email notification (to you): Get an email when someone fills out the form
- Auto-responder (to them): Send an automatic confirmation to the person who submitted
Toggle on whichever option you want to use.
Step 4: Customize the Auto-Responder Email
If you enabled the auto-responder, fill in these fields:
- Subject: The subject line of the confirmation email (e.g., "Thanks for contacting us!")
- Reply-to email: Where responses should go if the parent replies to this email
- Sender name: How you want to appear in the parent's inbox (defaults to your center's name if left blank)
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save in the notification panel, then click Save again in the upper right to save the form itself.
Pro Tip: Test Before You Go Live
After saving your settings, click Preview in the upper right corner and fill out the form yourself. This way you can see exactly what parents will receive and make sure everything looks right.
Common Use Cases:
- Tour request forms → instant confirmation with next steps
- Enrollment applications → let parents know you received their submission
- Waitlist forms → set expectations about when they'll hear from you
