Can't Connect Your Google Account?
If you're seeing an error message that says "This site can't be reached" or mentions a backend connection issue when trying to connect your Google account to Enrollio, here's how to fix it.
What's Causing This?
This issue typically occurs in certain regions where specific backend domains are blocked or restricted by local internet service providers. We've seen this most commonly with users in the Philippines and a few other countries.
How to Fix It
The solution is straightforward: connect through a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
- Download and install a reputable VPN service (many free options like ProtonVPN or TunnelBear work fine)
- Connect to a server in the United States or Europe
- Once connected, go back to Enrollio and try connecting your Google account again
- After the connection is successful, you can disconnect the VPN — it's only needed for the initial setup
Pro Tip: Once your Google account is connected, you won't need the VPN again. The connection works normally after the initial setup is complete.
