Google Drive Integration for Media Storage

You can now connect your Google Drive account directly to Enrollio's media storage. This means all your files—photos, documents, enrollment forms, and more—are accessible in one place without switching between apps.

Here's what this integration brings to your childcare center:

• Two-way sync: Changes made in Google Drive automatically appear in Enrollio, and vice versa.
• Unified storage: Manage enrollment documents, landing page media, and Google Drive files all in one dashboard.
• Familiar tools: Use Enrollio's existing features—folders, previews, and file organization—now with your Google Drive content.
• Always up-to-date: Upload a file once in Google Drive, and it's instantly available in Enrollio.

How to Connect Google Drive

Setting up the integration takes just a few clicks:

1. Navigate to Settings → Media Storage in your Enrollio dashboard.
2. Click Connect Google Drive in the top-right corner of the Media Library.
3. Log in to your Google Drive account and grant Enrollio access when prompted.
4. Once connected, click the Google Drive icon or select Google Drive from the dropdown menu.

Your Google Drive files and folders now appear directly in Enrollio's Media Storage. You can drag, drop, and organize them just like any other file.

Important Notes

What syncs: Creating folders and uploading files work both ways—make changes in either platform and they'll sync.

What's protected: Renaming and deleting files from Google Drive is disabled in Enrollio by design. This protects your files from accidental changes. Manage these actions directly in Google Drive if needed.

Where you can upload: You can create folders and upload files to both the root folder and any subfolder in Google Drive.
