Your Reputation Dashboard gives you a complete view of how parents and families perceive your childcare center online. Here's what each section shows and how to use it.
You'll find this dashboard by clicking Reputation > Overview in your main menu.
Quick Tip: Filtering by Date
Click the three dots in any section to filter by a specific time period — helpful when you want to track monthly or quarterly trends.
Invite Goals
This section shows your progress toward review request milestones. The goals increase automatically as you hit each target, encouraging you to keep building your online reputation.
Note: Goal amounts are preset and adjust as you grow — you can't edit them manually.
Reviews Received
See how many reviews you've collected during your selected time period. Enrollio automatically pulls reviews from both Google and Facebook.
Check your integrations: Make sure Google and Facebook are connected in Settings > Integrations to see all your reviews here.
Average Rating
This is your overall star rating, calculated by dividing total stars received by total number of reviews within your selected timeframe.
Use this metric to track whether your rating is improving over time as you implement changes based on parent feedback.
Sentiment Analysis
Want to understand how families really feel beyond just star ratings? This section uses AI to analyze the tone of your Google and Facebook reviews — categorizing them as positive or negative based on the actual words parents use.
This helps you spot trends in what families love and what needs attention, even before reading every review.

Invite Trends
Track how many review requests you've sent through text messages and email over time. This helps you understand if you're asking for reviews consistently.
Pro Tip: Steady, regular requests typically generate better results than sporadic bursts.

Review Trends
This bar graph shows how many reviews you received each month. Use it to identify patterns — maybe you get more reviews after enrollment events or specific times of year.

Latest Review Requests
See exactly who you've asked for reviews recently, whether you reached out by text or email, and when you sent each request.
This helps you avoid accidentally sending duplicate requests to the same family.

Latest Reviews
Your most recent reviews appear here, showing which family left the review and whether it came from Google or Facebook.
Check this section regularly to respond promptly to new reviews — especially important for addressing any concerns quickly.
