How to Send Multi-Channel Review Requests
Follow these steps to send review requests through text, email, and WhatsApp:
Step 1: Open the Review Request Feature
Navigate to the Reviews section in your dashboard. Click Send Review Request to get started.
Step 2: Choose Your Channels
You'll see checkboxes for text message, email, and WhatsApp. Select the channels you want to use for this request. You can pick one, two, or all three.
Step 3: Customize Your Message
Each channel has a default message template. Edit the message to match your center's voice and make it personal. Pro tip: Keep messages short and friendly—parents are busy.
Step 4: Check Contact Information
Make sure you have the right contact details for each family:
- Text messages need a phone number
- Email requests need a valid email address
- WhatsApp requests need a WhatsApp-enabled phone number
If a parent doesn't have contact info for a selected channel, Enrollio automatically uses their available contact method instead.
Step 5: Send Your Request
Review your message and selected channels one more time. When you're ready, click Send to distribute your review request.
