What is the Guided Review Setup Wizard?

The Guided Review Setup Wizard is a step-by-step onboarding assistant that appears when you first set up review management in your Enrollio account. It walks you through six essential steps to start collecting and managing reviews from parents.

The wizard appears on your Reputation Management Overview page and automatically disappears once you've completed all setup tasks.

Why Use the Wizard?

The wizard helps you:

  • Get started quickly with a clear, structured process
  • Connect your Google Business Profile or Facebook page
  • Send your first review request right away
  • Set up AI-powered review responses to save time
  • Add review widgets to your website to build trust with prospective families

Once you complete all steps, the wizard hides itself to keep your dashboard clean.

How To Use the Guided Review Setup Wizard

The wizard automatically appears on your Reputation Management Overview screen when you first access it. Follow each step in order to complete your review management setup.

Step 1 – Connect Google Business Profile or Facebook

Connecting your Google Business Profile or Facebook page lets Enrollio pull in reviews from these platforms automatically.

  1. Click "Connect Review Platforms" in the wizard
  2. You'll be taken to the Integrations page
  3. Select Google or Facebook and follow the connection steps

Step 2 – Set Up Your Review Link

Your review link is a custom URL you can share with parents to request feedback. This link directs them to leave reviews on your connected platforms.

  1. The wizard takes you to Settings → Review Link
  2. Customize your review link URL or keep the default
  3. Copy the link to use in text messages, emails, or automations

Step 3 – Send Your First Review Request

Get started right away by sending a review request to a parent.

  1. The wizard navigates to the Review Requests page
  2. Choose a parent from your contacts or enter their information
  3. Send the request via text message or email

Pro Tip: Start with parents who've recently enrolled or had a positive tour experience. They're most likely to leave great reviews.

Step 4 – Configure Enrollio AI for Reviews

Enrollio AI can automatically respond to reviews for you, saving time and ensuring every parent gets a thoughtful reply.

  1. The wizard guides you to Settings → Reviews AI
  2. Toggle the AI response feature to "On"
  3. Select your preferred tone and response style

Note: You can always review and edit AI-generated responses before they're published.

Step 5 – Create a Review Widget

Review widgets display your positive reviews on your website, helping prospective families see what current parents love about your center.

  1. The wizard takes you to the Widgets tab
  2. Choose a widget style (carousel, grid, or list)
  3. Copy the widget code
  4. Add it to your enrollment site or main website

Step 6 – Connect Additional Review Platforms

After setting up your first platform, you can connect additional sources to maximize your review collection.

  1. Return to the Integrations page
  2. Connect other available platforms based on where your families leave reviews

Once you complete all six steps, the wizard disappears and your review management system is fully active.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see the Review Setup Wizard in my account?
The wizard only appears for new accounts that haven't completed review setup yet. If you've already configured reviews or have an older account, you won't see the wizard. You can still access all review features through Settings and Reputation Management.

Can I reopen the wizard after it disappears?
No. Once you complete all setup steps, the wizard automatically disappears and won't return. All the same settings and features are available through your Reputation Management section.

Is Enrollio AI required?
No, it's optional. However, enabling AI responses can save significant time by automatically replying to reviews based on your preferences. You maintain full control and can edit or disable responses anytime.

Will the wizard affect my existing reviews?
No. The wizard only guides you through initial setup. It doesn't modify, delete, or change any existing review data.

What review platforms can I connect?
Google Business Profile and Facebook are currently supported. Additional platforms may be available depending on your region and account configuration.

What happens if I skip a step?
You can skip steps and return to them later. The wizard tracks which steps you've completed and shows your progress. However, we recommend completing all steps to get the full benefit of review management features.
